Giorgio Koppehele

Co-founder of MAGIC HORIZONS

The brothers Giorgio and Martin Koppehele form, together with their wives Suna and Gabi, the producer and songwriter team AVENUE MUSIC. All created copyrights are bundled in their own music publishing company CLASSIC ARTS GMBH. Classic Arts is the economic producer of their productions. The stu- dios are located in Neufahrn in the North of Munich, Germany.

They have been working for more than 25 years successfully in the entertainment business – especially in the sector of audiovisual media and kids enter- tainment.

Since 2013 they produce 360 degree Planetarium Shows for projection Planetariums in cooperation with Planetarium Hamburg.

Their audiovisual productions are released on DVD, Blu-ray, 3D Blu-ray and UHD Blu-ray.

Additionally their products are shown in special cinemas, internet and TV.

Hartmut kremling

„Hartmut Kremling verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche. Er hatte mehrere Führungspositionen bei Netzbetreibern inne - so war er beispielsweise Leiter des Kundenservice bei Mannesmann Mobilfunk, CEO bei tele.ring in Österreich und CTO von Arcor. Von 2004 bis 2013 war er als CTO bei Vodafone für Netz und IT in Deutschland verantwortlich und später auch für Zentral-Europa (Deutschland, Ungarn, Holland und Tschechien). Herr Kremling ist ein echter Mobilfunk-Pionier: Anfang der 90er baute er das erste GSM-Netz (2G) als Regionalleiter in Dresden für Ost- deutschland auf und später 3G- und 4G-Netze als CTO in ganz Deutschland.

Heute ist Herr Kremling beratend tätig und konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung des nächsten Mobilfunkstandards 5G.  „


Qualcomm, Country Manager for Germany and Central Europe

Hamid-Reza Nazeman joined Qualcomm as Country Manager for Germany and Central Europe in June 2010. He represents Qualcomm in Germany and leads the local corporate business development. He works with local operators, regulators, ministries & other official bodies and expands Qualcomm’s next generation technologies in the ecosystem.

Hamid-Reza Nazeman has over 20 years’ experience in the global telecommunications industry. Before joining Qualcomm, he served as Senior Vice Presi- dent, telecommunications at Emirates Investment & Development in Dubai.  In this role he led the strategic planning process and performance manage- ment of the private equity firm’s international investment portfolio in the telecommunications and technology sector. Furthermore, he spent two years as Chief Commercial Officer within an Orascom Telecom Holding property. Hamid-Reza has also held the position of Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for the Deutsche Telekom Group in Croatia as well as several director positions for Deutsche Telekom Germany and Austria.

Hamid-Reza Nazeman received a master of business administration (MBA) in general management and finance from WHU Koblenz/Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Illinois, USA) and a master of computer science from Technical University of Aachen.

Marcus Thurand

Marcus Thurand is Director of Regional Implementation and Engineering of Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG since October 2017.

For the last several years, he has been leading important projects as taking over the operational responsibility of the E-Plus network, running several RFQs for the out tasking of the NOC and Business Services.

Marcus Thurand began his career in Telefónica Germany (former Viag Interkom/O2) in 1997. He held a leading position as Head of Core Network Operations where he was responsible for the Management of the central Back Office. Then he became Head of Planning Operations, playing an active role in the development of all opera- tions tools until 2007.

He served as Head of Application Services (2007), Service and Operations Management (2008), Service Management Center (2009) and Service Operations Center (2010). During that time, Marcus Thurand assumed the responsibility of the service management for all telecommunication and hosting services.

He was appointed as Head of Mobile Access Engineering until 2012. He managed the 2G, 3G, LTE mobile network, playing a key role in radio design and strategy, cover- age, parameter and capacity planning, network optimization.

Marcus Thurand was born in Berlin on 30 March 1967. He is married and father of two children.
